Job Description

The utility worker will primarily serve as a back-of-house dishwasher but will also handle trash and some front-of-house cleaning tasks. The essential functions and responsibilities of this position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. Duties include cooking and preparing a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. The worker will set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment, prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items, and safely use a variety of utensils including knives. Additional responsibilities include operating equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers, using various cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods, arranging, garnishing, and portioning food according to established guidelines, and properly storing food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures. The utility worker will also clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils, maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers, adhere to safety policies and procedures, and ensure the security of company assets.

Shifts: Sunday - Thursday 2pm-1pm

Saturday - Wednesday 12pm-8pm
