Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour to start

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing with a company that values growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support production goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Work Environment

This position requires working in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict safety and protocol guidelines, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Deland, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
