Job DescriptionJob DescriptionScion Nonprofit Staffing is leading an immediate search for a Housing Program Director for our client, a highly regarded non-profit organization. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits reporting on-site at our clientâ?™s San Francisco location

Perks:
- Ability to start immediately
- Competitive salary range of $100,000-$110,000 and benefits

This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and administration of housing programs.

What youâ?™ll be doing:
-Conduct regular staff meetings and evaluate program participant services
-Direct the day-to-day administration of program procedures and personnel
-Work with administrators to obtain and complete applications for contracts and funding
-Works with property management
-Conduct probationary and annual employee evaluations
-Ensure that all client documentation is accurate and complete
-Oversee the planning and implementation of regular house meetings
-Review monthly staff reports and ensure the maintenance of all statistical records
-Function as backup support to enter all grants and contracts not related to property projects into module
-Provide oversite and assist with the implementation of various programs and related services

What you need to be successful:
-Masterâ?™s degree in Social Work, MPA, or related field
-2 years of housing management experience
-Non-profit organization industry experience
-Driverâ?™s license required

Compensation:
This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-110,000
