Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Partner with the CEO to set departmental goals, optimize workflows, and enhance technology utilization.
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely product shipping by managing people, capacity, materials, and schedules.
Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives, with a strong commitment to safety.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Performance Management: Develop KPIs, implement SOPs, and monitor production metrics to meet delivery, quality, and staffing targets.
Collaboration: Work with Customer Service, Photography, and other departments to meet customer satisfaction and internal goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing and printing production environment, with progressive leadership experience.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; experience in Lean Principles (Green Belt Certification required).
Printing Knowledge: Understanding of printing processes, equipment, and quality standards to oversee production effectively.
