Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing the accounts payable process within our organization. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process invoices and check runs in a timely manner.
• Carry out account reconciliations to ensure all data is correct.
• Utilize Oracle software for data entry and management purposes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate accounts payable records.
• Respond to and resolve any inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Ensure all invoices are correctly coded before processing.
• Conduct regular checks of customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounts payable tasks.
• Provide support for other accounting tasks as needed.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Familiarity with Check Runs.

• Experience with Coding Invoices is necessary.

• Excellent Data Entry skills are required.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed.

• Knowledge of Oracle is a significant advantage.
