Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVolt is seeking to add a detail-oriented and well-organized staff member to our clients growing team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day activities, helping with multiple aspects of our projects. Successful candidates will possess a client-focused, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a high-volume environment, along with strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant project setup using system software.
  • Provide a full range of contract and document support for our Project Managers and other areas of our company.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding various aspects of project management.
  • Manage administrative documentation.
  • Perform general office duties (phones, filing, mailing, etc.).
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other business software.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
 

Full Time Hours 

Hourly Pay:  $20.00-$21.00/Hour 

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
