Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Stoughton, MA

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Stoughton, MA. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans, provide consultative support to teachers and staff, and work collaboratively to promote positive behavioral outes for students. This role requires a BCBA who is passionate about making a difference and mitted to evidence-based practice in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategies
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting interventions as needed based on data collection and analysis
  • Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques and best practices
  • Attend IEP meetings to offer insights and support the development of student-centered goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with current ABA practices, ensuring pliance with state and federal guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in a school setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, including FBAs and BIPs
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong data collection and analytical skills, with the ability to adjust interventions based on student progress
  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant regulations impacting special education
