Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a Billing Clerk position in the Marketing/PR industry, based in Weston, Florida. As a Billing Clerk, you will be tasked with handling customer invoices, maintaining accurate records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the downloading and modifications of customer invoices to meet their specifications.
• Ensure accuracy of all invoices by reviewing each line item meticulously.
• Utilize accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online, for processing and managing invoices.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including the use of v-lookup and pivot tables.
• Adhere to all accounting and billing functions while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Administer claims and oversee collection processes.
• Utilize the ADP financial services and IBM AS/400 systems as part of your daily tasks.
• Process high-volume invoicing while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuously update and maintain accurate customer credit records.• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is necessary.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Proficiency in IBM AS/400 is crucial.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel is needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is a must.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required.
• Experience with Billing Functions is crucial.
• Knowledge in Claim Administration is necessary.
• Familiarity with Collection Processes is needed.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online is a must.
• Experience in Billing is crucial.
• Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing is necessary.
