We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join theteam inPunta Gorda, FL

In this role, you will work with children, adolescents, or adults with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based behavior analysis services.

Job Details:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans based on the results.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that focus on teaching functional skills and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions with clients based on the treatment plan.
  • Train and supervise RBTs or other staff involved in the implementation of behavior plans.
