Full Time School Based BCBA Near Punta Gorda, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide training and coaching for teachers and support staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on behavioral goals and strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
