Job DescriptionJob Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is crucial in meeting production goals and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Accurately package products according to company standards and specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Document production data, including quantities packaged and any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with packaging machinery and basic mechanical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Nice to Have:
  • Certification in packaging technology or related fields.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
