Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for the 2024-2025 school year to join our team in Brunswick, New York. This full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the educational success and well-being of students at Albany International Academy and throughout the district.
Position Details:
- Duration: 2024-2025 School Year
- Work Hours: 6.5 hours/day, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Start Date: September 3, 2024
- Caseload: K-12, including bilingual evaluations district-wide, 504 evaluations, and serving as the building psychologist for Albany International Academy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct bilingual evaluations for K-12 students across the district.
- Perform 504 evaluations and provide necessary psychological services and support.
- Serve as the building psychologist for Albany International Academy, addressing students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification.
- Experience with bilingual evaluations and K-12 caseloads.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Must be onsite at the designated schools.
