Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for the 2024-2025 school year to join our team in Brunswick, New York. This full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the educational success and well-being of students at Albany International Academy and throughout the district.

Position Details:

  • Duration: 2024-2025 School Year
  • Work Hours: 6.5 hours/day, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Start Date: September 3, 2024
  • Caseload: K-12, including bilingual evaluations district-wide, 504 evaluations, and serving as the building psychologist for Albany International Academy

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bilingual evaluations for K-12 students across the district.
  • Perform 504 evaluations and provide necessary psychological services and support.
  • Serve as the building psychologist for Albany International Academy, addressing students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification.
  • Experience with bilingual evaluations and K-12 caseloads.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Must be onsite at the designated schools.
