Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Saint Peter's Healthcare System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental pediatrics and experience in conducting psychological and psychosocial evaluations of children, adolescents, and their caretakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychosocial evaluations of children and adolescents in cases of child maltreatment and abuse.
- Provide consultation, crisis intervention counseling, and expert testimony in civil and criminal court cases.
- Develop and deliver educational training programs for community and state agencies on topics related to child maltreatment, abuse, and trauma.
Requirements
- Doctorate in child clinical, developmental, school, or pediatric psychology.
- NJ license or license eligible required (supervision by a licensed psychologist will be available).
- Two (2) years of experience in assessment, child abuse, treatment of parents and children, and consultation.
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
