Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 5
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Execution Consultant 5 to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is pivotal in driving the optimization of our Middle Market Banking and Corporate Investment Banking processes using nCino and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, configure Salesforce/nCino applications, and ensure seamless execution of business strategies to enhance platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, specifically focusing on Middle Market Banking and Corporate Investment Banking processes within nCino and Salesforce.
• Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective nCino/Salesforce-based solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and customize nCino/Salesforce applications to meet business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions and monitor platform performance.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support system testing activities, including the creation and execution of test cases and defect resolution.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and usage of nCino/Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with nCino and Salesforce platforms, preferably in Middle Market Banking and Corporate Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and improve business processes.
• Expertise in configuring and optimizing nCino/Salesforce applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in system testing, data analysis, and report generation.
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
• Familiarity with business requirements gathering, user story creation, and process flow development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Salesforce or nCino.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
