Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Processor for a contingent assignment. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the financial mailroom team at a well-established and highly respected financial institution. This opportunity will allow you to contribute to key operational processes, interact with professionals, and gain valuable experience in the payment processing sector.

 

 

Job Title: Operations Processor

Placement Type: Contract (3 months) with potential ability to extend/grow

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Location: Shoreview, MN

Schedule: OVERNIGHT 10:30pm - 7:00am Monday - Friday

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle lockbox operations and payment processing.
  • 10-key numerical data entry
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the team, adapt to changes, and work effectively with others.
  • Navigate basic computer systems.
  • Ability to lift 10+ pounds.
  • Ability to work some bank holidays as business needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Data Entry Experience (10 key)
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Strong Attention to Detail
