• Handle full cycle accounts payable tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize various accounting software systems including ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient financial management.
• Execute account coding accurately to maintain orderly records.
• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions for seamless financial operations.
• Perform accrual accounting tasks as part of the job function.
• Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts and provide resolution.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
• Keep up-to-date with Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP) procedures for effective job performance.

• Proficiency in Account Coding

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Concur software
