Trusts and Estates Paralegal Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Maryland, is seeking an experienced Trusts, Estates, and Probate Paralegal to support their team.

This is a full-time, onsite position that requires a strong background in probate, estate, and trust administration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with complex probate, estate, and trust administration procedures
  • Preparing filings, estate and trust accountings, and tax returns
  • Managing files and documents
  • Creating, editing, and proofreading legal documents
  • Corresponding with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate
  • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience with GEMS software preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range is $80,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, long-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.
