Responsibilities
• Provide a warm and detail oriented greeting to all guests
• Handle all incoming calls, including message taking and call transfers
• Manage mail distribution by sorting and organizing incoming and outgoing mail
• Carry out various clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook for data entry and email correspondence
• Maintain an organized filing system for efficient record keeping
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring a smooth flow of operations
• Perform various receptionist duties as required, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience
• Use interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and directed appropriately.• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system in a detail-oriented manner
• Demonstrated expertise in providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
• Experience with email correspondence and managing communication channels
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an orderly workspace
• Capable of scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars
• Knowledge of general receptionist duties in a healthcare setting
