ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Counselor to join our team in Plainfield, IL, for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage, starting at $36-41+, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Counseling endorsement.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling support to students to enhance their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement school-wide programs to promote mental health awareness.
