School Based Paraprofessional TeacherPosition Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessionalto join our team of educators in North St. Paul, MN. As a paraprofessional you will assist our teachers with classroom lessons, activities, and creating a positive learning environment.This position offers the flexibility of hourly employment under a W2 agreement, providing a rewarding opportunity for educators who value flexibility in their schedules.

Pay & Benefits:

Job Description:

  • ASAP - 6/6/2025
  • In person, full-time (30hrs/week)
  • Multiple openings
  • High school
  • Duties include:
    • Assist teacher with supervision, activities, and students
    • Maintain a positive learning environment and communicate effectively
    • Diapering and toileting
    • Preparing food and/or feeding students
    • Chaperoning student community outings

Qualifications:

  • Must have taken the MN Para Test OR completed 2 years of college credits
  • Experience working in schools preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assist and support students with special needs
