Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLine Material Handler: Beloit, WisconsinOur customer in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team as Line Material Handlers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production processes by delivering materials to the production line, maintaining inventory, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Responsibilities of the Line Material Handler:
  • Locate and verify materials and supplies as listed on work orders.
  • Maintain in-process inventory at the production line by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  • Receive returned materials and supplies from production, verify quantities, and restock as needed.
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by labeling, loading, pulling, and securing products.
  • Document product quantities to be shipped by accurately recording cases on pallet sheets.
  • Perform pre-use inspections and minor repairs on material-handling equipment.
  • Operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and utility carts.
  • Work with RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory records and manage distribution.
  • Palletize finished goods and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing additional tasks as needed.
 Line Material Handler Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 3-6 months of related experience preferred.
  • Strong oral communication skills, including proficiency in using a CB radio.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Basic math skills, including counting and weighing items.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting 20-50 lbs. repetitively, bending, and using pallet jacks or manual/electric equipment.
  • Must be able to work in areas with temperature and humidity variations.
  • PPE is required, and all safety precautions must be followed.
 Pay for Line Material Handler: $19.50 - $22/hour based on experience. Line Material Handler Benefits:
