**Assembly Line Technician**

We are seeking a highly motivated Assembly Line Technician to join our team in Edgerton, WI. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will operate production equipment, perform visual inspections, and manage raw materials. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate production records and promoting a culture of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate production equipment such as aerosol filling machines, labelers, and conveyor systems
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks
  • Manage raw materials (aerosol cans, valves, tips, caps, and shipping cartons)
  • Maintain accurate production records

**Requirements**

  • 6 months+ of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

**What We Offer**

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
