Position OverviewWe are actively hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for independent contractor roles to serve students virtually across Illinois. You will be matched with cases that suit your strengths, focusing on mild to moderate needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging online therapy sessions customized to each students needs
- Conducting evaluations and creating individualized therapy plans
- Attending IEP meetings to collaborate with school teams
- Helping students enhance their communication, articulation, and language abilities
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Preferred 2+ years of experience working in schools
- Current Illinois SLP license (Illinois residency not required, but licensure in both Illinois and your home state is necessary)
- Ability to secure professional liability insurance prior to starting
- Reliable high-speed internet for virtual sessions
- Successful completion of a tech screening to ensure Zoom readiness
