Cleanroom Technician

This company manufactures gloves for industrial and pharmaceutical companies. We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating automated machinery, performing minor troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of the production process.
Responsibilities- Operate automated machinery using control screens.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments via machine control screens.
- Document levels of each batch of gloves and track each cycle in the process.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when operating equipment.
- Perform lockout/tagout procedures when moving machines.
- Move to different machines to start new batches while others are in cycle.
- Clean production tanks 1-2 times a month.
- Machine operating experience.
- Experience following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Basic computer skills.
- Good attention to detail.

Work EnvironmentThis is a 2nd shift position from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Thursday through Monday. You will work in a cleanroom environment requiring lab coats and occasionally respirators. The team is smaller, with about 6 people per shift. The facility is temperature-controlled and has a paint-like smell on the manufacturing floor.
