Responsibilities
- Monitor inspect setup calibrate and maintainsemiconductor equipment in the field
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and implementsolutions
- Provide oncall technical support asneeded
- Accurately document maintenanceactivities and submit field service reports
- Participate in the installation of equipment at customersites
- Train and assist other technicians intheir duties
- Ensure compliance with customerpolicies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience with PVD orsemiconductor vacuum equipment
- Associatesdegree required; Bachelors degree in engineeringpreferred
- Experience with multichamber clustersystems and robotics is highly preferred
- Musthave a valid drivers license with an acceptable drivingrecord
- Ability to lift approximately 50lbs
- Willingness to travel domestically (up to25%) and internationally for training

2. TechnicalProficiency: Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issuesrelated to semiconductor equipment interpret electrical andmechanical drawings for diagnostics and maintain equipment controlsoftware.
3. Adaptability and Travel Readiness:Willingness and ability to travel domestically (up to 25%) andpotentially internationally for training along with flexibility inwork shifts.
4. Ability to work independentlyfollowing 36 months of on the job training
5.Physical Capability: Capability to lift approximately 50 lbs workin cleanroom environments and withstand physically demanding tasksassociated with the role.
6. Bachelors Degreein Engineering: A Bachelors degree in engineering preferablyrelated to semiconductor technology or a relevant field. Nice to Have
7.MultiChamber Cluster Systems and Robotics Experience: Priorexperience in handling multichamber cluster systems and roboticswithin the semiconductor industry. Nice to Have
