Job Description

  • This is a full-time, onsite, school-based behavior technician position at 30 hours per week. There are multiple openings.
  • You will provide 1:1 Behavioraland Academic Support with a middleschool student.
  • You will communicate effectively with Staff, Teachers, Psychologists, Families, etc.
  • You have an understanding of various disabilitiesas well as students' emotional, social, and behavioral health needs.
  • You must be comfortableworking with high needs, Autismsupport, aggressive behaviors, and medically fragile students.
  • You will implement direct and indirect teaching programs, reinforcement systems, and behavior guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • RBT
  • Behavior Experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
