Location: Brighton, CO

Pay: $23-25/HR + Overtime Opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for committed Production Mixers to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating mixing machinery
• Handling 5-gallon drums (40-50 lbs each)
• Measuring, weighing, pouring, and mixing pre-formulated chemical products into large drums
• Using a sit-down forklift to transport finished products

This role is physically demanding and requires a high level of cleanliness, including being clean-shaven for occasional respirator use.

Schedule and Pay

• Shift: 2-3-2 Schedule (2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on), rotating weekly
  • 1st Shift: 5:00am - 5:30pm
  • 3rd Shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am ($25/hr)
• Training: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday for the first week
• Weekend Work: Required every other weekend

Required Skills

• Experience in heavy manufacturing, production, or construction/labor
• Ability to handle 40-50 lb drums
• Knowledge of mixing pre-formulated chemicals
• Oil field experience is a plus
• Sit-down forklift experience

Job Type

• Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

Work Site

• Fully on-site in Brighton, Colorado

Work Environment

• Physically demanding role in a manufacturing facility
• Requires handling heavy equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• The environment can be described as 'dirty'

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
