  • $23/hr Day shift (5:30am-5:30pm)
  • $25/hr Night shift (5:30pm-5:30am)

Job Description: As a Production Mixing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by operating high-tech mixing equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality materials. Your responsibilities will include following process orders, adding materials at specified quantities, observing temperatures, and recording necessary batch information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated packaging equipment and mixers to produce high-quality materials.
  • Follow process orders and complete safety tests to ensure compliance.
  • Record scale readings and lot numbers accurately.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process difficulties to prevent loss of material or production time.
  • Communicate effectively with other batch operators and maintenance personnel when difficulties arise.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Willing to be clean shaven and wear a respirator.
  • Willing to work around chemicals and wear PPE.
  • Strong mechanical ability to operate automated packaging equipment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to operate machines and interface with PLC control screens.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment and process difficulties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.50

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
