Are you ready to put your maintenance expertise to work across multiple locations? We’re searching for a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer to keep our facilities in the Seattle Metro area in peak condition This is a hands-on role where you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems across several sites. If you’re experienced in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations—and can multi-skill across other areas—this is a great opportunity to showcase your talents

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Pay Rate: 47.35 per hour

What You’ll Do:
  • Hands-On Maintenance: Keep Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems operating like clockwork.

  • Multi-Site Impact: Travel between facilities to ensure every site is fully operational and meets our high standards.

  • Preventative Care: Take charge of preventative maintenance, handle general upkeep, and oversee inventory for smooth operations.

  • Optimize Equipment: Clean, inspect, calibrate, and adjust equipment to keep HVAC and other systems performing at their best.

  • Safety Champion: Follow strict safety protocols, manage hazardous materials responsibly, and maintain a clean work environment.

  • Quality Control: Monitor and assess contractor maintenance work for quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Document & Report: Record readings, maintain inventory, and keep detailed reports for management.

What You Bring:
  • Experience & Expertise: High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in facility maintenance, specializing in commercial building systems.

  • Certification: EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification is a big plus).

  • Technical Skill: Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Analytical Ability: Skilled at assessing performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective action.

  • Computer Savvy: Comfortable using Word, Excel, and other applications for documentation.

  • Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel across facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced EPA Certification: EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.

  • Trades Education: Two years of schooling in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC design is a bonus.

Pay Details: 47.35 per hour
