About the Role
The Immigration and Mobility Specialist will report to the Sr. Program Manager, Immigration and Mobility, and will be responsible for supporting new hires and internally mobile employees through guidance on immigration and mobility processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
+ Monitor and respond to immigration-related requests from managers, employees, and recruiting teams
+ Maintain accurate records and files related to employee immigration status
+ Assist with visa filings, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, J-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
+ Conduct routine green card tasks, such as postings and advertisements
+ Initiate services with vendors to support immigration, relocation, and tax services
+ Monitor changes to employment status, job title, office location, and salary, and notify stakeholders
+ Track and take action on upcoming visa expiration dates
+ Draft and review business visa and travel letters

Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
+ Minimum 5 years experience in immigration and mobility, preferably in-house global mobility or immigration law firm
+ Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, F-1 OPT, PERM, and Global visas preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a high-volume environment
+ Effective oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
