Fabricator

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Fabricator. No prior experience is required. You will be responsible for assembling and installing various van equipment and accessories.
Responsibilities- Assemble and install van equipment including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.
- Install equipment according to written and verbal directions.
- Use hand and power tools and equipment safely.
- Work with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines.
- Understand all product line parts and accessories.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics.
- 1-2 years of wiring experience.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to complete upfit/installation processes.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving occasionally within a 30-minute radius if needed.

Work EnvironmentYou will work in a small, clean manufacturing plant with a single entrance where vehicles are brought in one at a time for work. The work hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
