We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Commercial Lending role based in Aston, Pennsylvania. This role is integral to our team, focusing on the analysis, oversight, and post-closing processes of our Commercial Loan Portfolio. You will be providing support and assistance for ongoing loan documentation, maintaining the member business loan portfolio, and ensuring operational integrity within the organization's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Commercial Loan Portfolio.

• Assist in the analysis of loan portfolios to identify potential risks.

• Efficiently handle post-closing processes of commercial loans.

• Provide ongoing support for loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and service the member business loan portfolio, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

• Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures in all operations.

• Ensure operational integrity is maintained at all times.

• Ensure delivery of superior member service on a daily basis.

• Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding commercial lending.

• Use the necessary software such as ADP - Financial Services, ANSYS, Archer, Compliance software, Concur for various tasks.

• Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ANSYS and Archer is required
• Experience with compliance software and Concur is desirable
• Knowledge in AML - Anti Money Laundering is essential
• Auditing skills are necessary for this role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must
• Complaint handling experience is required
• Understanding of compliance processes and regulations is necessary
• Candidates must be able to work well in a team and independently.
