Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager with a deep understanding and knowledge of recruiting top talent for organizations (500+ employees). As the "face of the company", the Talent Acquisition Manager will report directly to Executive Management and will leverage their experience with various job board and social media platforms, as well as their creative job post writing ability. This role does not manage staff but will have opportunity for growth as this company is slated to triple in size over the next few years. Additional benefits include low-cost healthcare for employee and family, 3 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, 401K with match, and up to $12K annual bonus opportunity. This position is 100% in-office role and does not offer remote flexibility.


Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with various recruiting resources to ensure effective recruitment results.

• Develop and write creative job postings that can attract a wide array of talent.

• Utilize platforms such as Indeed optimally for job ad visibility and understand their algorithms to prioritize job ads in candidate searches.

• Coordinate interviews and handle travel arrangements for potential candidates.

• Execute pre-boarding tasks for administrative staff and strategic recruitment of caregiving staff.

• Utilize your expertise in sourcing to leverage various social media platforms effectively.

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail when creating and managing documents.

• Adapt and thrive in an ever-changing work environment.

• Onboard executive level and senior level management professionally.

• Have a deep understanding of the industry or compatible industry to better align recruitment strategies

  • Must be exceptional with building partnerships and alliances with recruiting resources, and be well-versed in understanding how to leverage different platforms for effective recruitment results.
  • Must be professional and engaging as this role is truly the “face of the company” and will help attract the best talent.
  • Must also be ok with mundane tasks like coordinating interviews and travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and all pre-boarding tasks for administrative staff, as well as strategic recruitment of caregiving staff.
  • Exceptional writing skills and creative ability to write engaging job postings to attract talent.
  • Experienced in optimizing Indeed for job ad visibility. “Indeed Wizard”, knows Indeed inside and out. Someone that knows how their algorithms work and how to push their job ads first in candidate searches.
  • Can work in an ever-changing environment and thrives in change
  • Professional and ability to onboard executive level and senior level management.
  • Sourcing including leveraging various social media platforms.
  • Great attention to detail and pays special attention to creating nicely formatted documents.
  • Highly organized required for this role.
