About the Position:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as a part-time school therapist. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of 42 students by providing essential occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs and goals.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana Occupational Therapist License.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working in a school-based setting (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to student-centered care and fostering a positive learning environment.
