As a Project Manager, you will govern the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of intricate, large-scale projects to accomplish corporate targets. Your role will also include maintaining vital project management process aspects, such as planning, budgeting, and risk evaluation.


For this role, we require a candidate with robust project management skills and experience in organizing, planning, and implementing substantial projects from vision to execution, covering internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.


Location: Newark, NJ. Candidates must be local and capable of reporting to the office.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the field services team to curate a schedule and facilitate a virtual Windows 11 upgrade or hardware refresh.

• Develop a shared document repository, collect business requirements from several sources including application services, infrastructure operations, desktop engineering, and information security.

• Converse and coordinate with the desktop engineering lead to log test scripts and pass/fail requirements. Also, you will be responsible for documenting test results and maintaining them in a shared document repository.

• Proactively manage project-related issues, such as changes, risks, actions, and decisions.

• Establish and monitor procedures for trans-departmental communication.


Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or similar.

• Minimum 6 years of strong Project Management experience.

• Prior experience with Windows Upgrade project.

• In-depth Project Management experience handling Project Financials, Schedules, Scope, Testing.

• Excellent customer-facing, researching, decision-making, and organizational skills.


Preferred Experience: • Experience in the Utility sector.
