Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Redlands, CA. As an SLPA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with speech and language disorders, helping them improve their munication skills and overall academic success.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Assist in conducting assessments and screenings to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Provide direct support to students during therapy sessions, following the guidance and instructions of the SLP.
- Help students develop and practice speech and language skills through various activities and exercises.
- Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and outes.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a prehensive and integrated approach to student support.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of therapy materials and resources.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders is preferred.
- Knowledge of various speech and language therapy techniques and interventions.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage therapy materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in speech and language therapy.
