Pay: $40/Hour
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a virtual basis. As a Virtual Wyoming School SLP, you will provide teletherapy services to students in Wyoming schools, ensuring they receive the necessary support to enhance their communication and language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language disorders.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative teletherapy tools.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional needs.
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, professional development sessions, and other collaborative activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to professional ethical standards and compliance requirements in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Wyoming state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting, preferably in a virtual or teletherapy capacity.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology tools for delivering virtual services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educational professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
