For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.
DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Establishes, orders, evaluates and maintains appropriate supply levels in the Mainstream warehouse, Processing, and CSS areas. Receives deliveries during established business hours and distributes to recipients as identified. Maintains record of received supplies and obtains proper certifications for critical supplies for reference when needed.
- Researches new supplies, systems and/or vendors for better pricing, convenience and quality. When requested, researches supplies for Tissue Bank personnel to meet specified technical standards. Coordinates implementation of new supplies through regular communication with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs personnel. Helps maintain approved supply list in BTM for Tissue Bank Staff through regular communication with departmental managers regarding the relevance of supplies to represent Standard Operating Procedures
- Reviews and attaches packing slips to original purchase orders (PO) of all ordered supplies and sends them to appropriate DCIDS accounting personnel. Works with appropriate DCIDS accounting personnel to set up new vendor accounts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a laboratory, tissue baking or related field, preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
