Job DescriptionJob Description

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from small refreshes to large-scale build outs, ensuring projects are defined, resourced, and completed on schedule and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for office build outs and refreshes

  • Collaborate with internal Security, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Source and negotiate external consultant and vendor scopes of work

  • Manage project progress, resolving issues to ensure timely completions

  • Update design standards and make recommendations on construction programs and office tiering structure

  • Track lease assessment windows and expiration dates, considering project schedules for improvements or decommissioning

  • Maintain project documentation, including metrics, financial reporting, and timelines

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, or construction industries

  • Proven success in delivering corporate office projects

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workplace tools, Autocad, and Asana

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in rapidly expanding tech companies

  • Strong planning skills and the ability to adjust schedules and plans seamlessly

  • Familiarity with best practices for scalability and efficiency in office design and construction

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
