Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to work closely with their seasoned sales reps in a dynamic environment.

This entry-level role requires knowledge of office etiquette, effective communication, and the ability to compose professional emails. The ideal candidate is adaptable, willing to learn the business, and capable of staying focused in a busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist seasoned sales reps with routine tasks such as updating activities and entering orders.
Handle communication with external vendors, including FedEx, to resolve shipping issues.
Compose professional emails and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Learn the business processes and grow within the role.
Adapt to changing business needs and take on new tasks as required.
Stay organized and focused in a loud, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of office procedures and etiquette.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
