Robert Half is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of integrated marketing processes and tools. This role involves managing relationships with external vendors and working closely with procurement to ensure seamless project execution. You will be responsible for driving efficiencies across marketing operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of integrated marketing processes, focusing on vendor management and procurement to streamline project execution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables for both print and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely procurement of project resources and services.
  • Drive effective resource management by coordinating with vendors and internal teams to optimize timelines, capacity, and overall project efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, project prioritization, and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring that vendor services align with the company’s strategic goals, and facilitate the procurement of necessary tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure processes and tools support the Marketing Transformation and overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including briefing, execution, reporting, and billing, with a focus on vendor performance and meeting procurement standards.
  • Facilitate innovation and improvements within the project management process, working with vendors and internal teams to introduce new ideas that enhance efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in vendor management and procurement within a marketing or creative services environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, including working with external vendors and managing procurement workflows.
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors in both print and digital marketing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and procurement teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and vendor relationships simultaneously.
