Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Miami, FL. The role involves conducting comprehensive inspections of aeronautic parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for overtime and potential travel.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

  • Use measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment to assess product quality.

  • Identify and document defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.

  • Communicate inspection results to relevant departments or personnel.

  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and corrective actions taken.

  • Follow established quality procedures and protocols.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback for process enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in training employees on quality standards and inspection procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.

  • Previous experience in quality inspection or related fields.

  • Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Basic computer skills for recording and documenting inspection results.

  • Schedule: Working hours: 7:00 am to 15:30hrs. Available to make extra hours if needed.

Requirements:

  • Professional in English

  • Certified Aviation Manager

  • 5+ years of work experience with Aircraft Maintenance

  • Working in an onsite setting

  • No need for visa sponsorship

  • Accept a drug test
