Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our union shop on the 3rd shift, working from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.22, with an additional $1.10 shift differential.

shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from changing lightbulbs to switching CNC machines.
  • Work on HVAC systems and coordinate with outside contractors for tasks beyond our scope.
  • Maintain and repair 9 heat treatment furnaces, including reading electronic schematics and handling arc flash safety.
  • Operate forklifts and work with electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
  • Work in confined spaces and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Qualifications:

  • CNC machining and HVAC experience preferred
  • Ability to perform various maintenance tasks and handle machine rebuilds and electrical work.
  • Experience with electronic schematics and arc flash safety.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting
