Electronic Assembler 2nd Shift

We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling computer hardware components following detailed instructions and processes. This position is on the 330pm-12:00 am Monday-Friday with the starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour, with occasional Saturday overtime based off demands. (Training would occur on 1st shift for 2 weeks 730am-430pm M-F)
Responsibilities- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble electronic Servers and system support hardware.
- Utilize hand tools and electronic screwdrivers to successfully build each unit to specifications.
- Ensure all components are picked according to the items on the order, and transport to assembly station.
- Communicate suggestions and feedback to build documents, to better overall processes.
- Perform visual quality inspections at each stage in the assembly process.
- Assist in other job functions as needed such as packaging, rework, configuration assistance.
The entire facility is temperature controlled, organized, and extremely clean. Each assembler will have their own workstation, sitting at a high-top table with a swivel chair and a large vertical monitor to view orders and emails. Employees can use a torque screwdriver, pliers, and a scrapper provided by the company. The culture is welcoming, with a large cafeteria stocked with free snacks and drinks, and activities like Foosball available for breaks.
