Join Our Team as a Operations Team Lead within Unsecured Lending

Are you ready to take the lead in an exciting, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a skilled and driven Operations Team Lead to support operations and communications for our new unsecured lending business processes. With a recently implemented policy requiring disclosures to be certified every 18 months, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating this certification process and ensuring accuracy across the board.

What You'll Do:

Resolving escalated issues and addressing information discrepancies
Acting as the team lead and liaising with leadership
Providing mentorship and guidance to team members
Managing the pipeline of disclosures, ensuring timely and accurate certifications
Coordinating which disclosures need to be certified and keeping the process on track
Responding to emails and troubleshooting any potential issues
Sending disclosure requests to the right individuals and following up on outstanding action items
Ensuring data accuracy and quality across all disclosures

We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong team leadership and management experience
Proven ability in quality assurance and managing team performance
Solid experience in pipeline management, juggling multiple disclosures at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A background in operations, coordination, or administrative roles, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools to streamline workflows
