We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal in the legal industry located in Hayes, Virginia, United States. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting a dedicated team to provide high-quality legal services to clients, particularly in the area of personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and tracking of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Facilitating communication with courts and clients to ensure smooth legal processes.

• Drafting written correspondence and pleadings as required.

• Managing both electronic and physical files to maintain a well-organized document system.

• Conducting intake of new clients, providing them with comprehensive information and support.

• Overseeing a multi-line phone system to ensure efficient communication within the firm.

• Collaborating with other staff members and providing support to two attorneys, fostering a team-oriented environment.

• Utilizing skills in Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Personal Injury Plaintiffs to deliver excellent results.

• Applying knowledge of Litigation Paralegal and Paralegals operations to enhance the firm's legal services.

• Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Personal Injury Law.

• Proven ability to handle Personal Injury Litigation.

• Track record of representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs effectively.

• Experience in Litigation Paralegal duties.

• Strong skill set in Paralegal tasks - including but not limited to - drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, tracking down requested documents, maintaining organization of medical records, preparing chronologies, etc.
