Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the production process of stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas industry. Your daily duties will include:

  • Operating production machinery
  • Feeding product into the machine
  • Performing quality checks
  • Making small mechanical adjustments on machines as needed
  • Reporting any defects or breakdowns
  • Packaging and labeling the product

Please note that this role involves standing in one place for long periods, though there will be some movement involved in selecting tools and parts.

Shift & Pay:

  • 1st: 6am-2:30pm (M-F) - $19.50/hr
  • 2nd: 2pm-10:30pm (M-F) - $20/hr
  • 3rd: 10pm-6:30am (M-F) - $20.50/hr

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to make minor adjustments to machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type:

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 months.

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.

Work Environment:

Our work environment is a loud manufacturing setting that consistently produces steel products. Despite the noise, our facility is very clean and well-kept. Once trained, you will primarily be working independently, but you will interact with many people on a consistent basis. Please note that appropriate dress includes steel-toe boots and jeans without holes. To ensure your success, you will shadow other operators for at least the first two weeks. As your skills improve, you will gradually take on the responsibility of operating multiple machines at once.
