Job Summary

Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle is seeking a skilled Hook Machine Operator I to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating up to four Hook Machines and monitoring the output to ensure quality and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain acceptable production output by meeting or exceeding 100% of the machine standard.
  • Use various hand tools to make adjustments to equipment and maintain quality standards.
  • Enter production data into Oracle by scanning tray labels when the box is filled to the exact weight.
  • Clean, oil, and maintain equipment to keep it operational.
  • Observe and perform all safety and good housekeeping regulations of the department and the Company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent visual acuity and ability to inspect small details of fish hooks.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity in both hands to use required hand tools.
  • Ability to work any shift and overtime hours when required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
