Job Description

The HVAC/Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for monitoring equipment, overseeing repair tasks, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing equipment performance. You will oversee two other maintenance technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed, as well as perform your own maintenance tasks throughout the day.

1st shift: 7a - 5p Monday - Friday

Training schedule: 5a -5p Monday - Friday for first 3 days.

Will be on call every 3rd weekend after 90 days. Guaranteed 4 hours of pay if called in

Pay Range: $30-32/hr

Responsibilities
  • Building and mechanical repairs & maintenance consistent with OSHA standards
  • Perform general and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
  • Repair small machinery, and assist with repairs of equipment
  • Maintain heating and plumbing systems
  • Inspect alarm systems and schedule needed repairs
  • Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
  • Liaison with third-party service providers as required
  • Supervise and direct the daily activities of maintenance personnel
  • Reassign resources to respond to changing priorities
  • Additional duties assigned by management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00

Hendrix Genetics provides full medical, dental and vision health benefits. Deductible as low as $500. They also offer a 401k plan. They have 6 paid holidays per year, 16 hours of floating holiday, and will pay double time for holidays worked. 40 hours of PTO after 6 months, additional 40 hours of PTO after 1 year. Over time will get 96 hours, and can max out at 120 hours of PTO.
