*HOURS* 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

Are you ready to play a key role in a dynamic box-making company? We’re seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. In this hands-on position, you will ensure our production processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

•Organize and maintain roll stock for presses, ensuring all materials are readily available for production.

•Set up and operate roll stands with precision and care.

•Safely operate clamp trucks and forklifts to transport paper rolls, waste, and printed cartons.

•Effectively manage and report board waste and any damage, contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

•Maintain a clean and organized work area, fostering a safe environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

•Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

•Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report any concerns.

•Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus.
